The NETLINK
423 Network Transmission Quality Tester is a portable,
battery operated hand-held instrument which enables field
staff to perform end-to-end network tests from
one end.
The instrument has a simple plug-in connection to the
network to any 2 wire analog interface point in the
customer’s premises, in the access network
or in an exchange.

The NETLINK 423 network Transmission
Quality Tester enables field staff to quickly and easily perform
comprehensive end to end tests on the transmission
quality and switching performance of the Access Network and
the Inter-Exchange Telephone Network.
The instrument operates with any other NETLINK 423 Tester
or with NETLINK
424 Network Responders to perform its end-to-end
network tests automatically.
