Netlink connect family of field testing products offer the greatest flexibility and most cost effective solution for field testing. The family offers a display and input device either a diskless tablet running windows CE or a laptop. This then communicates to the testing POD via USB and later development we expect  via Bluetooth. The testing PODs connect to the item being measured and the testing results are displayed and stored on the laptop or tablet.

As this is a new product range from EDL/Extron the product specifications are at this stage still in development. The following PODs are either completed or in development

DLTS - Netlink 430 migration to Netlink Connect family see picture to the right

PSTN - Netlink 423 migration to Netlink Connect family

ADSL/ADSL2 - POD for testing lines to ADSL and ADSL 2 standard.

TDR - POD for performing TDR on copper

LAN - POD for network LAN testing for Cat 6 and 7 (under consideration at the moment)

OPTICAL - A range of optical PODS is being considered OTDR power meter optical source

SAT_TEST - a satellite field strength meter POD is under consideration.

A number of other PODs are under consideration we welcome ay suggestions or recommendations, we can also design a specific POD for a clients needs if the demand is high enough.
